(no) context

Exploring and observing everyday events, (no) context demonstrates the extent of people's existence in particular circumstances. Without indicating any object or environment, pure flesh ironically betrays the context that it lives well enough since human bodies are responding to it with such a delicacy. Whether we experience the events in person or not, how we memorize them is deeply rooted in the metaphysical context; how we've sensed, or what we've thought at the moment.

One night, my mother asked to stay with her, and we slept together in her bed. There wasn't any special bed-time talk, rather we both went to sleep right away. Somehow, we both slept very well the first time in a while.

I sometimes run up the stairs home instead of taking the lift. Can't stairs be where to meet someone to greet in the morning?

There a notice put up on the elevator wall from the apartment maintenance. Some residents trash the cigarette butts out of the window, causing a potential fire hazard on the outdoor fans of lower units. Hmm, who that'd be?

After a full-day hangout, we were out of subjects to share anymore but still tempted to start another conversation.

It is always strange to look at oneself in the mirror in the hair salon. The one helplessly sitting with all limbs covered lets a stranger cut and reshape parts of a body.

Mother's marriage essences got back home in almost 40 years as both grandparents passed away. They still smell like grandparents' house.

Unless it's a fraud, there's no charge to take an ambulance in Seoul, and only a single companion can sit with the patient in the car. No one including the patient can't enter the ER though with the body temperature above 38.

Still, only the player is allowed to be in the cage at a time.

Is it just our wish that they can hear us?

The weather forecast didn't say it'd be a shower.
